Kite Boarding is a sport which gives the rider an incredible sensation of freedom and power. Whether your shredding down the line on a wave or jumping high and soaring through the sky. Naish & North both have a kite to take your from Zero to Hero.

We have put North’s Neo up against the Naish’s Pivot, these kites are the best, not only in quality and strength, but out preform any competitor in conditions we face out on the water.

When looking for a kite you must factor in a few things like wind conditions, speeds and direction. But most importantly ask yourself these questions:

  • What style of riding would I like to do?
  • What wind range will I mostly kite in?
  • What does this Kite offer to fuel my progression?
  • What are the Kites attributes and what will it enable me to do?
  • What board type &  Size am i using?

North Neo Wave /Free ride: We think that the North Neo is the best example of the perfect wave kite. Its drift is exceptional,  when you can attack a wave down the line and shoot towards the kite it will smoothly float away from you, while still give you awesome control of the kite.

The kite produces great bottom end power delivering great feedback to the rider in even the most gusty conditions. The advantageous aspect of the kite further enhances its already rapid turning abilities, effortless float down the line, and responsiveness to handling which when combined, ensures ease of manoeuvrability on the wave.

The Neo comes with the longest warranty length of 18 months and comes in a great range of sizes from 5m – 12m

Naish Pivot Wave/Free ride: To us the Naish Pivot is the ultimate free ride all round machine. The Pivot is ideal for a wide range of riders and styles. Its ability to turn on a tight axis without an aggressive pull makes this kite perfect for nailing jumps, charging the next big swell and everything in between.

The bar provides a beautiful predictable feel and a lighter than average bar pressure allowing you to hold the kite in higher winds. The kite delivers a grunty bottom end for lighter wind riding.

At the end of the day if you just want to jump big and have a kite capable of most styles of riding the Naish Pivot is for you. Sizes from 5m – 14m.

So if you want to make sure you get the right Kite without the hassle of the wrong style, size or quality give us a call /email or swing into our massive show room. We can even organise demos for you just to make sure your stoked!
