  1. Offer Period:
     The End-of-Financial-Year Sale is valid from 1st to 30th June 2025, unless extended or withdrawn at Ocean Addicts’ discretion.

  2. Eligible Products:
     Discounts apply only to in-stock items. No rainchecks or backorders will be accepted on out-of-stock products.

  3. Pricing:
     All sale prices are off the regular retail price (RRP).
     Shipping costs are excluded from all discount calculations.

  4. Exclusions:
    • Sale prices do not apply to pre-orders, special orders, or custom items.
    • Not valid on gift cards or in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.

  5. Availability: 
    All offers are while stocks last. Ocean Addicts reserves the right to limit quantities and discontinue any item without notice.

  6. Online and In-Store:
     Offers are available both online at www.oceanaddicts.com.au and in-store, unless otherwise specified.

  7. Pricing Errors:
     In the event of a pricing error, Ocean Addicts reserves the right to cancel the order and offer a full refund.

  8. Right to Modify:
